I am 21 and one of my labia minora is bigger than the other, like 3 or 4 times bigger and it sticks way out. It's also a different color from the other one, which is completely hidden. I wouldn't necessarily say that it's "ugly" or "unattractive" because it's completely normal and natural as far as anatomy goes. Asymmetry is more common than perfect (or even close) symmetry.
If you're concerned because you think that a future lover or partner might not like the way that it looks, than there are a few things you can do to ease your worries. You can come to terms with it and accept that you are absolutely fine the way you look (because anyone would be damn lucky to get up close and personal with your labia :P ). You can also try stretching the smaller labia to achieve closer symmetry.
The very last, and worst, resort is surgery. Labial reduction is a drastic solution to a very small problem, though some women consider it the only solution. A plastic surgeon removes the excess labia sews up the loose end (who decides what "excess" is anyways??) Labial reduction (or labiaplasty or labial rejuvenation) is expensive! It's roughly $4500, and that's just the average! On top of that, labial reduction can make the reduced labia look different in color and shape.
Anyways, I really hope that helped you!
