I have been in and out of the ER with pelvic pain, cramping, burning, throbbing sensation on my lower right abdomen, CT, and MRI revealed i have one ovarian cyst on each side. The right is about 3 Cm And is giving me the most excruciating pain,the cyst is rupturing, or has ruptured dr explained that the fluid from the cyst is what's causing the pain, the fluid remains in the body irritating the surrounding organs and takes a while for the body to accept and absorb the fluid from the cyst. I do notice less pain In the mornings but as the day goes on and all the walking and standing putting pressure on my abdomen at the end of the day i feel exhausted, so when i lay on my back at night i can also see my lower tummy move up and down as if this cyst is so big it has it's own pulse! Our plan is to give it another 2 weeks and see if it grows or shrinks? If bigger and more pain we will remove the cyst and hopefully the right ovary! I have had problems since young i have even had a cyst rupture during intercourse worst pain i have ever felt! Was like acid burning my insides! I have already had a cyst removed last year, and my gallbladder 4 months ago.

I also have a heart beat feeling like on my left side but I know for 100 percent I am not pregnant. and some people even tell me hey could be an aneurysm. I have had it for the past 2 days. but I also get it even standing up not just lying down

I have the exact same thing! Idk if I can be pregnant because I dont get my periods and Im afraid to see what the doctor will tell me...I feel a pulse at the exact same place but its not as bad to where I put my hand there and I can see my hand move. Plus It feels like that spot is warm for some reason. I have nausua and really bad heartburn sometimes. I never used to get heartburn and now I get it mostly all the time. Any suggestions??:|

I have these exact symptoms. My gyno suspects that I have endometriosis and as a result I may have pelvic adhesions which could be the cause; since an ultrasound proved that my ovaries are not "mobile". I have to do a laparoscopy or laparotomy to determine whether the gyno's suspicion is true and to get rid of what might be causing the pain.

Please see a doctor immediately! Your symptoms could insinuate an aortic aneurysm or an effacement of the aortic root. I always had a strong pulsation in my abdomen for years, and found out last year that I had, Sinotubular Effacement of the Aortic Root. They monitor me through MRIs and give me yearly assessments. Let me know what the doctor concludes.

Thought I had tummy problems - lots of constipation/straining....went for annual checkup, and we decided to start with issue of constipation.....took MiraLax....went to gastro specialist to confirm IBS and mentioned pain around belly button/can feel pulse there/pain in kidney area....going for MRI to just check out the aorta and rule out abdominal aortic aneurysm....wish me luck!  Thougt I might be over-reacting, but the doctor said it can't hurt to check!

I have a slight "bulge" too but it's more on my right side below my belly button. When I suck in it's like a ball inside me. I'm not sure what it is but I have an appointment. I see some mentioning pregnancy & that's possible for me but I really don't know. I had my "periods" the past 2 months but they were not like normal periods. 

I thought it was my bladder bulging out but it's never happened before and only happens when lying on my back. I can stand up and it's not showing but I can feel it.

I can also feel the bulge if I lay on my stomach like a hard ball inside below my belly button.

My mom has been feeling a very big pulse on the left side of her rib cage when she presses hard.She has no pain.She has gotton a pregnancy test.It said negative but she is on her period.We will find out after that.
