I have had COPD for 7 years now, on various inhalers and a corticosteroid. Have been having lots of sinus problems latley, mostly on the right side of my face. In the last 24 hours I now notice that I can feel a small lump, on my throat in between my ear and jaw. Anybody have any ideas ?????

If the lump is somewhat "squishy" it could be a gland/lymph node acting up. If it is hard and your unable to move it around, you should see your doctor. I hate to post stuff like this but my mom had the same problem 7 years ago and it turned out to be Hodgkins. I am not saying that this is what you have, but i have seen this before.
