Hey, so everything u just described is how I felt man. in a dream, visual distortions, thinking I was going crazy, and other things. I smoked everyday for a good 6 months with no break, I loved it I was a stoner. One day I smoked and had a panic attack and woke up the next day still feeling like I was dreaming and had panic attack after panic attack I had no idea why I was feeling like this. I eventually came across this website called the dp manual and realized I had depersonalition which is what sounds like you have or had. Keep in mind depersonalization is very common. It is a reaction to stress, all that u have believe it or not is temporary anxiety. All u need to do is break your anxious habit of thought and it goes away I did this and tried smoking again and had a little anxiety attack (nothing like the first time I had an attack) and felt a little anxious again but know that it's just anxiety
