Summer is around the corner and that means free time to go the gym and swim every day.

I really want to lose some weight, for health and appearance issues, and to just feel better about myself. Anyway, enough about my life...

I am curious as to how I can control my diet while eating regular meals with my family, which may not be as good for you (We Barbeque lots).
