Swollen bumps left of uvula

For the past 3 months I get 1-3 swollen bumps in the back of my throat, just to the left of my uvula. They usually appear right after I have eaten something with texture(bagel) or hot in temp or spicy? They hurt when I swallow and are very annoying. I have seen an ENT and of course the day I was there, I didn't have it. I have taken antibiotics, they said I may have GERD that was bothering my throat so I took Pepcid, that hasn't helped. Some days I don't have it at all, other days it's there all day. Looks like a round hard blister or pimple when swollen. I watched what I was eating because I thought it may be allergies, but I don't think so. Suggestions??? (Only on left side?)
