I know that a lymph node can swell do to blockage or during intercourse or masturbation my question is ,is it normal for this to happen often or is this a sign of something I should worry about ?

Where exactly is the lymph node you see? There aren't any on the penis itself. They are in your groin.
There are lots of sebaceous (oil) glands though. They can swell. Usually they resolve themselves quickly. Nothing to worry about.
