My right parotid gland is swollen. I'm 21 and I noticed it a couple of years ago. My parents say that it's natural and it has been like that since I was born. It was not really noticeable back then but now it is clearly visible. It doesn't hurt at all but the asymmetry is bothering me.

Any ideas what it could be? and, will any medication help?
