Hi, yes, i've had this problem
I'm 19, still living at home, this is the first time it's happened
I'm not sexualy active, never have been, but then I masterbated after my shower and then the next day this shows up
My right labila is swollen, has been for two days, it seemed to get a bit bigger today but it started thursday (today's friday) And today it started to bleed, but i think that's from me moving around too much for it but its still scaring the sh*t out of me
I've tried to google it, found this forum, read a few of the threads, still no treatment besides sudocrem appeared in my reading, just baths and showers and such, as well as who knows how many people complaining about the same thing
I really don't want to go to the doctors for this, i don't know of any that would be able to help me anyway and I really don't want to go to my family doctor

Right Labila swollen the day after masturbation, no sexual intercourse in the history of ever. Really hurts to move around, walk, sit normally, anything. Don't want to go to doctor, just want to find a treatment

AND ON THE THIRD DAY
Labila bled like you wouldn't believe, brownish blood an hour or so after i posted this from the inner side at one spot, i kept gently blotting it away until it slowed down, then i put a pad on and went to bed, i woke up and there was blood on the pad but the swelling went down to enough so i could walk and sit without much pain. The bleeding started up again a bit when i pissed[that stung a lot] but besides that it stopped and the problem seems to be disappearing.
I kept a pad on during work in case the bleeding started again while i was moving around, which it did.
As of now, i can sit just fine, the labila is almost back to normal size but its still a little tender.
I guess the answer is to wait it out and suck it up and don't panic when you start to bleed :/
