I was playing basketball a couple of months ago and i was hit on my right testicle and it swelled up and till this day the swelling never went down. Sometimes there is pain sometimes there isn't. My left testicle shrunk also after the hard hit. Is there anything I can do to get the swelling to go down or should I go to the Doctors ASAP?
