temporal arteritis??

I was wondering if temporal arteritis would show up on a CT scan? Also, if I had the above would I have high blood pressure? I have similar symptoms like lumpy artery near the temple, headaches, fatigue etc but my CT came back normal (no dye used) and my blood pressure is normal I am 24 by the way Thanks
