I've been noticing that the hair on the bottom of my testicles is turning what seems to be red even though I have brown hair all over my body. Upon further inspection i noticed that the hair under the testicles seems almost crusty on certain hairs so i've been pulling them out. But more keep popping up. Theres no rash or itch associated with it but it does smell bad. Any idea what this is, its freaking me out?? thanks
