if one testical is lost and the other one , is not doing its job of erection , what would be procidure to implat or any posible inetervention medicaly

One testicle is sufficient to produce enough testosterone and sperm.
There can be other reasons you are having erectile problems.
Check with your urologist.
Testicles are not transplanted.
