I don't think it is a food allergy. Maybe it is one of the possible causes, but in my case it was hernia which is better fit for OP's problem. The solution for my problem was surgery which went without any problems, just like my postoperative period. If I recalled correctly, it lasted around 6 weeks. Since surgery I don't have any testicular pain.

You sound like you may have pancreatitis. I suffer with chronic pancreatitis, hopefully you're not that far yet. It scars the pancreas each time you get it and gets worse over time. You should look it up, see if it sounds familiar to you and talk with your doctor if you suspect it could be.
