My grocery list:

  • Proteins : Turkey and chicken breast, fish, tuna (fresh or canned) and eggs (four white, one yellow),
  • Vegetables: Green, yellow or red peppers, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, rice, celery, eggplant
  • Fruits: apples, grapefruit, plums, oranges, berries, grapes, lemon.
  • Probiotic foods : low fat yogurt, kefir, low-fat milk, chocolate milk (after fitness).
  • Other : low calories sauces, soy sauce, olive oil, oats flakes, oats bread, fat-free cheese, sugar-free jams, see salt etc.

If you have any suggestion, please, feel free to tell me. One more tip: avoid shellfish (shrimps, shells, crabs, clams etc).
