The white you are seeing is likely yeast. When the man ejaculates inside of the vagina, the semen increases the pH which allows for other micro organisms to grow. Normal discharge is fairly acidic making it difficult for organisms to grow. Your body will produce secretions to try and rid itself of the yeast which will make it even more white. The itch is due to the change in pH and increased number of micro organisms present in the area. Once your body rids itself of the yeast, bacteria and other organisms, the white will diminish and the itch will subside. Do be careful in that the more sexual partners you have, the higher chance of developing PID or pelvic inflammatory disease from multiple partners bacteria in the pelvis. If your partner wears a condom, none of the fore mentioned will apply unless it breaks.

Yesterday I finally went, and doctor gave me the answer. She said it is . I also asked her if she can remove it for me. She said no. Because it is very important and sensitive part of your body and nothing wrong with it. It looks something wrong, but totally fine. I am nearly 40. It is just a part of aging. Don't worry sisters. And if you are still not comfortable with it, just go to lady's clinic.

yes i have this condition and symptoms and issues mentioned right at the top... soreness at times, white areas, it is indeed Lichen Sclerosis - can be treated but never removed. It's not sexually transmitted. I use hormone pessary and steroid cream weekly.
