She said nothing about white substance or discharge. She said the surface of the inside part of her vulva is white. That hasn't been associated with yeast. She also said it was after sex and she was never like that normally.

I agree with the other answers that you will need to see your gynecologist for evaluation. Yes a photo can help but with something of this nature just getting a physical examination is probably the best step rather than having surgeons speculating about your condition on line. One thing you should do in addition to evaluation for infection is get your blood levels checked - a complete blood count. Women who have heavy cycles or poor nutrition can suffer from thin blood or anemia - and this can cause your vagina to appear lighter in color.

Hello ladies ! I hope this helps you. This white discoloration of your Virginia's could be caused by a few different things , a allergic reaction to condoms could cause the itching after inter course, could be a infection .
