the last bit of foreskin can’t go down because it is attached by some glands to the bottom of head

I am 15 years old and i an uncircumcised. I masturbate 2 times a week. I can pull my foreskin down 90% of the way, but the last bit can’t seem to go down because it is attached by some kind of glands to the bottom of the head. How do i fix this and how long will it take
