im 15 and im around 4 inches when erect, so dont feel bad. you're still growing! and you're not alone! besides, girls, if they do care about size, they care about girth more than anything. long penises just hurt them honestly.

Guys if it is really that annoying for you, ask your dad when he started and finished puberty. I'm sure he won't mind. (I was very close to 6" when I was sixteen cause I remember being 6"when I first did it with my girlfriend) it will give you good peace of mind to know when you are fully grown. And btw, 5" it's just above normal for 15 year old.
