The sexiest thing women can wear ?

I'm thinking of a picture I once saw of three girls standing on a beach wearing what I guess might be called string bikinis. The tops looked like ropes that hung from the neck with a rope down each side of each breast fastened to one that wrapped around under them and tied in the back. So the bare breast was out. The bottom was similar with a rope around the waist and two that came down from the center of the front then split down each side of the lips so they were held closed but uncovered and clean shaven and continuing under and up the crack in the back to the waist at the center. They may as well have been naked except for the outer lips being held closed which kept you wondering about the lovely bits inside. I have no idea where they were but they didn't seem too unusual compared to others on the beach.
