After just searching around and hearing about all the testicular cancer I have become paranoid about a mass around my left testicle. It's been around for a while now I've never really had any pain or discomfort from it so i've never thought much until now. It's very strange I don't know if it's something from puberty going on. It also seems to go away with a boner or masterbation.
