well sperm counts are usually done to determin fertility status especially if a couple have been trying to concieve with no luck the doctor may take a semen sample and look at it under a microscope to determin the number of sperm, their motility (how well they move and in what direction) their mortality (how many live verse dead, and any abnormalities of the sperm cells or any other abnormal cells or debris in the semen.
It only takes one sperm cell to fertalize the egg but most die before they make it to the egg. however this should not be used to garuntee that the potetial small numbers of sperm cells which may be in pre-cum would not be enough to cause pregnancy (does this make sense, its kind of hard to explain).
I would say you don't have to worry too much at this point but i would not make it a habbit of having unprotected sex. it only takes one accidental ejaculation or for some to be in your pre-ejaculate to cause an unwanted pregnancy. not to mention the risk of STD's even if your partner says they are clean some people will say anything to get with someone. and they are afraid that if they tell their partner that they are diseased that their partner will think they are dirty and not love them anymore.
really the best thing is abstenince to be 100% safe i think i told you of a friend of mine who had a condom on and then as he pulled out it broke and now he is going to be a DAD at 16. even condoms have potential failure rates.
does this help answer any of your questions at all?

well did you have unprotected sex twice in one day if so it would be the second time that i would be concerned with. as long as you urinated at least a couple times in between and your penis was washed off including under the foreskin then i would not worry. also if she worries then she may psych herself out and start feeling signs of pregnancy.
Im sure your fine. if you are still concerned then take a pregnancy test. please always practice some form of safe sex IF YOUY CHOOSE TO HAVE SEX. as always abstinace is the safest.... 8)

well sperm cells are very sensitive to changes in temperature ph and salt concentrations. also they cannot survive in dry environnments they must be wet.
if your penis/semen was dry both on the outside of your penis and underneath the foreskin then your fine the only thing you would have to be concerned about at that poing would be the semen left in your urethra inside your penis. urinating USUALLY takes care of that 8)
