I recently shaved last week and the pain started saturday . I thought it was raiser burns but now I'm starting to think otherwise. My vagina is swollen with white pimples around it and now a white substance is leaking out . What is it??

The "white stuff" is likely pus.
There is a good chance you have an infection called folliculitis. It should clear up in a couple of weeks. You can use hot compresses to help them heal. Medicated shampoos are also available.
See your doctor if it continues or worsens.
