Hi everyone! This my first time on social network asking for opinions. I just want to know am I pregnant? This would be my FIRST pregnancy. I had unprotected intercourse June 30th,and I ovulated on the July 3rd. So my fertile days was june30-july7. And as of yesterday day I do not know if its my implantation bleeding or my period. Its heavy and dark red and I usually would bleed alot on my period but I'm not right. My nipples tender with a clear/white stuff coming out, lower back aching, I'm gaining weight, eating alot, and been feeling cramping since ovulation day. Please help! Hope I have twins...hoping and praying!

Hi Monica,
Implantation bleeding is normally very light, spotting. Not "heavy" as you describe.
It's also early for you to be lactating - VERY early.
I'm not saying you are not pregnant, you can test NOW if you want. Just be sure to use your first morning urine (wake up pee) when you do. If this continues I would suggest you see your doctor.
Good luck.

Good Morning, hoping for you that this is the real thing but as Dan says it is VERY early for lactating UNLESS it is subsequent pregnancies, not your first. Usually implantation bleeding takes place about a week or so BEFORE your expected period, and is light (not heavy) with no cramping (no period like symptoms) and is brown in color (due to what is called old blood from sitting in the cervix). The weight gain would also be very early as usually you should not gain weight with a pregnancy until your 3 or 4 months or so, as although you may be pregnant and you are suppose to eat more, remember your fetus is small and don't eat for two, you eat for one of you and a little more, the little more should be a protein type also it would be a great time to start taking a prenatal vitamin whether you are you ARE pregnant or not, very important to the developing fetus. Sounds like you could be but a test is the only way to verify right now usually you will have to wait around 3 or 4 weeks but I usually say wait until you miss your next expected period, take a test with your first urine of the day, highest HCG pregnancy hormone concentration levels at this time so more accurate result.
Good luck, sprinkling of baby dust to you and your partner and post back with results! Hope this helps
