I've been seeing a guy for a few months and we just started having sex within the last two weeks. I don't know how many testicles he has, but it's definitely more than two. One of them feels extremely large and the other two or three (not exactly sure) feel somewhat normal. Obviously I didn't ask him about it since we've only just had sex for the second time and I didn't want to be offensive and make him uncomfortable by asking about his man-bits. He is quite a bit older than me and has never had kids (but hasn't been married either). He doesn't seem to have any problems with sexual performance or ejaculating, although, he does seem to need to urinate frequently.

I have three testicles too, and didn't noticed until I was 26. Now my wife is starting to accuse me indirectly that maybe im the cause she hasn't been able to conceive after 3 months of living together. I have two same size of testicle, but one has a small testicle attached to it which made it the three testicles. I have never felt any pains and don't have low sperm. Just want to be sure if this is really the cause why she hasn't conceive truly. Accusing me is making me feel bad. Please help!

"my real testicles are not". The hell they aren't! LOL All testicles are ensheathed by a muscle called the cremaster muscle. You can contract and control it voluntarily, and also it involuntarily lifts your testicles up when they are cold or when you're sexually aroused. :)

Well too bad some guys don't know about the Male body, I am polyorchid,..., I have 4! 2 high riding 1" and 2 larger 2.5" that ride low. My urologist told me that it's really not that common for 4, but males can have 3 and if the other two "are "normal" in size and shape, it's commonly over looked as part of the epiditimis structure-they are not normally very large at all. ANd being a Naturists, I have gotten use to the amazed stares at nude gatherings! HOOOT!

My bother 52 yrs has been complaining about a third testi for almost a year. Last night I was feeling myself and noticed a third one as well. I got worried and early this morning I internet this issue only to find out is is more common than spoken about. I am older 56 yrs and never notice it until last night, no pain, swelling just another addition. I am not so sexually active. But I started again about a year ago when I got together with my new wife. I am going to have it check for possible testicle cancer.

I have four very tiny testicles...so small they resemble thick nipples. My parents said I'm very normal and there are others out therewith similar conditions. I'm pleased to hear everyone's stories. My wife enjoys my being different due to when I ejaculate there is essay more art than the average gentleman. She refers to an analogy of someone dumping a glass of milk. She's very complimentary and says it's dunk the fun.

koon22 doesn't know what they are talking about. I have three testicles and three nipples, although extremely rare it does happen. The scientific term for a third testicle is called a Spermocele. It is simply a build up of sperm that the normal sized testicle doesn't have room for. It is important to have it checked to rule out the possibility of testicular cancer. Spermoceles never cause any real health risks.

If it is a pair of testicles or more and they have been in the scrotum since you got body awareness of it, then all should be normal and no fears, however anything that has grown after should not be perceived as a new testicle, since testicles do not all of the sudden grow in the sack, or will re-grow if removed. All new "growth" should be cause to seek an informed medical opinion. Some people here wrote about new things growing inside their scrotum, and definitely it will not be testicles.
