First off, I'm 19 and I don't smoke or drink, but I've recently become pretty worried about having some sort of throat condition. I have a constant tight feeling in certain areas of my throat, and when I reach back on the right side with my finger I can feel several large bumps on the area of my throat beneath my right tonsil. I can also feel a very small, round mass on the very back of my throat. If I had to guess I'd say it's maybe a few millimeters in diameter.
Any idea what could being causing these? I recently had blood drawn and my white count is normal. Does this mean I shouldn't be worried about cancer?

I also feel like noting that it almost feels like there is something caught in my throat. I thought it could be globus, but it's more toward the right side and not centered, and doesn't feel like getting "choked up" or anything.
