I have had ear pain, that feels like my heart is beating in my ear. I have recently had my tonsils out, balance test, hearing test and they say it is not my ears. I am sick at my stomach daily, pounding headache, earache, no entergy, hurts in my neck. This has been going on for 5 months done eveverything and Ent does not have any clue.

Have you tried the dentist? Sometimes it could be a tooth infection that could lead to headaches and ear aches, etc.... because of the nerves in the head. If the ENT doesn't have a clue, either get a second opinion, or try the dentist or neurologist or cardiologist. Why? Dentist if it is a tooth infection. Neurologist because pain is connected to nerve activity. Cardiologist because beating in the ear could be due to cardiovascular situations i.e. vein/artery that pumps blood.
