Do I need get it checked it just comes on and keeps me awake. I had ear infection symdoms since last Thursday went Dr Sunday he said my glans are swollen and it some infection but ears fine  on antibiotics i started that night one a day for 7 days  that night it started. My grandad has said its my heartbeat and he don't no why can hear it. It just the right ear and comes on suddenly.
