yup ive been doing it for 10 days and ive lost 15 lbs... my goal is 20 and then stop.. ive done this once before to get ready for my bday... dint become a habit though....

I have been throwing up after a big meal or eating something that is high in sugar. i normally throw it up at least 5-10 minutes after I eat. I don't think its that bad if you do it immediately because you are not throwing up that much acid if you do it right away. if you wait couple of hour and do it.. then you get that acid taste... that acid goes through your organs and probably eat at you... I can't stop throwing up,.. it makes me feel better about myself and i can eat when i want and whatever i want and not gain weight... you live once... i want to eat whatever makes me happy. may sound crazy... but I LOVE FOOD to much ...
