so i went the doctor because it hurts to move my head to the right because of how swollen my neck is on the right side, so she said tht my thyroid was swollen she ordered 3 blood tests and they all came back normal, she said i didnt have an infection either so she ordered an ultra sound of my thyroid and nodes but tht came back normal too. . . so what could be causing my thyroid to swell
