Im 15 and i cant realy pull back my forskin alot i dont think i can see what you call the head. i havent done any "streching" need someone to explain it to me before i do anything and i dont want to speak to my mum and my dad left us 6 months ago. Im not sure what to do i just play about with it "streching" or do i realy need to speak with my mum and see a doctor and get some cream. I need some help please reply. M8, i read about this before, if i think i know what ur on about, the yellow powdery liquid is where bacteria is building up, after you have sex, masterbate ect, this can easily be stopped by cleaning inside the foreskin, it does build infections, but i think that is what your on about

I note that many of my fellow males have a similar problem with their tight foreskin. I used a cost effective device from a company called Platigo Corporation. They have a clever device that is a specially designed balloon like item that you gently place under the tight rim of the foresin/penis and then a graduated air plunger let's you gently and slowly stretch your foreskin. It took me ten days. They say approx 14 days, once a day.
Since using the device, called the GFS - my tight foreskin is no longer a problem for me. I found out recently that my brother has had the same problem after I told him about this device - he too now is glad he went and got one.

My Doctor recently told me about the GFS device from an Australian company. It is a little balloon like device that you gently place between the shaft and the foreskin and then over a short period of time, you pump a little air into it and it gently stretches the foreskin. I used it and after 5 days I could freely move my foresin and after 10 days of 10 minutes a day of the GFS, I have been freed from an almost daily problem. It got so bad that I was avoiding sex with my girl friend.
It turns out that my brother had the same problem but had surgery, I couldn't believe it. I have been pain free and all working well for 3 months now and I recomend the gfs to anyone with a tight foreskin.

Ive just turned 16 and live in a very close nit comunity. I live on an island where everyone knows everyone n i have problems pulling back my foreskin. when soft it seems strechy enough but when it comes to the pulling back there is discomfort. You must immediately cease from doing this, if your foreskin hurts when erect then you are causing scarring and it will progressively get worse until you can no longer pull it back at all. You have to gently stretch your foreskin until there is no pain during erections, forcing it only makes it worse - believe me, I was once in your position and eventually had to be circumcised.

I am also not circumcised and I can assure you when having sex it is a wonderful feeling for the women and also yourself when your foreskin is still covering your head. Be sure to thrust slowly and because your foreskin slightly moves it produces less rubbing friction and so reduces pain for both you and your partner. The foreskin does not need to retract over the head for sex, just take your time and use plenty of lube.
