I just noticed a small lump on my left testicle about two days ago. It moves around and hurts a little bit if touched. I think I may have pinched it but am not sure. I am 14 years old.

The best thing to do , is to get an ultra sound that will confirm what ever your lump maybe.See your Doctor about it. I think its an epididymal cyst. Good luck let us know your results
