Hi I'm 16 and my penis has not really grown yet. I masturbated a lot but a few days ago I woke up and the tip of my penis was red and the skin felt weird. two days later it was gone.now my penis hurts sometimes especially when I pee. It feels like I have to pee all the time now.please help
