Week 2 of hell. One of best things I read was to approach the toilet differently. I stand on the toilet seat on my heals towards front of bowl & squat over bowl when I know I am absolutely ready to go. No straining needed & less painful, going like we are naturally made. I keep a chair by toilet to balance. you could also squat on floor into some sort of bowl, but yuck. I eat a plant based diet & good fiber. Advil & tylenol together every 6 hrs as prescribed. Also, pressure point between thumb & pointer fingers moves bowels. Pregnant women don't try. Best of luck fellow sufferer.
