Hi, I had a parathyroid gland removed four days ago. I was sent home with normal PTH, and calcium also in normal range. The surgeon said the op was a success.

Since then I have developed pins and needles and I started taking calcium three times a day.

I sleep a lot and am too weak to do anything yet, I can really just lie down only... A bit wobbly on my feet. Is it normal? Going to see my endo tomorrow, so hopefully she will have some answers.

I still have high hopes for full recovery, but I think I'd like to be reassured!

Your body needs time to recover from surgery.  You should take it easy for a few days.  I think you are wise to see your endo, just to ease your mind.
