Hi everyone, so I had a cheat day today and I feel so bad. I have been eating healthy the whole year so far (2 months and a bit) without cheating, but today I ate SO UNHEALTHY and I feel like it has ruined all my progress and effort. I do exercise quite a lot tho but erm I had 7 pieces of pizza, 2 chocolate brownies, a whole packet of wine gums and a cake :'( has this now ruined my whole diet? will I still be able to loose weight? is my body unhealthy now..? any tips on how to cleanse my body again would be greatly appreciated thanks. i'm 6ft tall, 15 years old and 160 lbs by the way.

Firstly, great job on eating healthy so far this year! And dont feel so down about a cheat day, the body actually needs a shock everynow and then and the fact you have felt so bad about it means hopefully you shouldnt do it again.

But try to give yourself a cheat meal each week and that will hopefully stop any cravings - I have one dinner/lunch each week where I can eat what I want! But make sure cheat meal doesnt become cheat day..week etc! But you seem to be really strong.

Feeling guilty after a binge is a slippery slope so just chalk it up to experience and move on! :)
