i woke up today and the right side of my tonsil was super swollen, around the bottom there is a red bobble it looks like and around the top there is a white spot, i was wondering  if this could be tonsillitis or be glan cncer cause my dad had it when he ws my age and my back and shoulder and getting super sore but i don know if it is done to that, but i am scared to go seee what it i but its rally hurts and hard to beath,so what do you think?
