As of the last few years i have smoked about 2 ounces of good weed (not schwag or mids) every week. Probably for the last 10 years i have been using drugs, not just pot. At one point i was a heavy pill popper. I would take vics. oxy's, anything i could and everyday i could. I enjoyed the high from using pills/weed at the same time. I would also use shrooms, cocaine, dmt, ectasy, and acid. Although i would never do any of those drugs for more than a day or 2 at a time (those were always once and awhile drugs for me)

Pot is the only drug i have used in vast amounts recently, and longer than just recently. I did a little coke a few months ago and tried dmt for the first time a few months ago as well, but pot is the only drug of late.

But i cannot believe the INTENSE withdraw symptoms i am feeling. i thought pot was not addictive aka no withdraw like pain pills. But it feels like there is something inside my chest, and also inside my stomach scratching trying to rip its way out. Its not painful its just a very intense mild pain that NEVER goes away. I wake up early, and cannot fall back asleep. I feel like i have too much time and nothing to do with it, and i cannot sit still, but i don't want to do anything either. I feel like sitting down but i just want to get right back up again, and then sit down again.

It feels like i am a wreck, i need help.

I am a fierce patriot and a true son of Aries, there is great strength in me. I need to quit all drugs cold turkey so that i can enlist and serve my country like i know i was born to do.

I can't say that i know what you're going through because I don't but I do know people who have been through your situation. It's good that you want to quit not many make ti to that point but my advice to you is to reach out to the nearest drug program(s) in your area to get help because you're not alone and there are people who are going through the same thing and you're going to need the help and support. It's not going to be easy but if quitting is what you really want to do and you have your mind set on that, you can do it. I hope the best for you as you strive and work towards quitting.

It seems to me as if you're going through a psychological withdrawal more than a physical one. Pot is not physically addictive but you can easily get psychologically hooked to it.

Actually pot is physically addictive for some people. Recent studies have proven it.

In my own experience the withdrawals from pot are relatively easy (in comparison to opiates) and completed in a few days. The tough part is learning how to function with a clear mind again.
