Thank you. Cause now that you say that I have to wonder is it because I've been playing bingo alot. I've been going more than normal and it really only happens when I'm there and when I leave and get home. So I'm thinking like you maybe because I'm doing alot of straining on my eyes. But this has been going on for some time now and I'm starting to get a little worried.

I've been getting this temple discomfort and twitching, (30/M) for a few days now, and I definitely think it is related to me clenching in my sleep, and possibly muscular.

it surly helped me. i suffer also from anxiety and wear hats and du-rags everyday. problem with me is my right side temple and eye jumps off and on every day. no pain just irritation....

Try to get a massage , a full body massage with a focus on face and sculp particularly on your temporal and occipital area . Tightness of your muscle groups in the shoulder , neck areas ( trapezius , levator scapula , scalene , etc., ) maybe one of the reason why your experiencing twitching on temporal area. Some stretching on cervical will help out too !!

Not going to lye but every medical visit, start to feel that am in a socialist republic because the care usually makes me all warm and gooie,anyways, probably the same reason why detox in jails are mandatory due to air qualities and zero tolerance rules.

Theirskill and thuswise,I too have had these temple spasms, which I thought was a brain fart and received self awareness, of soft tissues that pad my skull.

Creepy stuff actually, does anybody know if this is a tumor or brain cancer,it would really wreck my day if it was,am only a twenty something youth.

Okay mine just started today and I know I've been using eye drops I wear contacts and for the past week I've had a contact out of that one eye using these eye drops and just start getting this twitching it's behind my temple kind of behind my ear and it feels like maybe a blood vessels clogged I don't recall banging my head or anything very strange and I need to make an appointment to go see my doctor I don't know maybe it is stress if I go to the doctor and I find out anything I'll make another comment on this I was about ready to go to the emergency room cuz I thought I had a bug or a worm under my scalp this is crazy
