twitching of the temple

WOW!! I have it in both my temples and it drives me crazy as well. I have had people feel it also and they jerk their hand away, saying it feels weird. But to me it feels like air bubbles popping in my temples. My skin also crawls and itch. Have you tried anything that works for you? My doctor put me on 24mg a day of Gabapentin and sometimes it relaxes it and other times it just twitches for months. I can't stand it anymore.

I have had this same twitching since I was 9. I am now 56. I twitch all over my body, head , arms, face , legs, feet, hands, back, thighs, knees, butt, groin, throat , eyes, lips, toes, fingers, armpits, shoulders and many other weird places. After all of these years, this is still most annoying and irritating and happens anytime if the day and night . It happens when I’m stressed. It happens when I’m not stressed. It still amazes me and I stop and babysit ( put my hands over the area) it until I forget. Muscle relaxers don’t stop it. Anticonvulsants don’t stop it. I don’t drink much caffeine and I have never smoked cigarettes or weed. Sometimes a glass of wine helps and sometimes it makes it the twitching worse. For years , I thought that I was the only person in the world who experienced this. I was reluctant to say anything about it. When I did mention it to doctors, they ran tests which were inconclusive. I had a child later in life and I prayed that she would not inherit this condition. When she was around 8-9, she described this twitching. I was devastated. It subsided and she never complained about it again. I wonder if it is hormone related? Vitamin deficiency related? Environmental? My mother did have this when she was younger but it went away as she aged. She’s now 81. I am twitching as I type this. It stated in the middle of the night above my temple and it feels gross because of the location. I’m glad I’m not alone but I hate that other people have to experience this weird anomaly. Can anyone HELP US?

I have had same thing happened all I know this is new and I’m in top physical health so there’s Something off here! Maybe the government is on a new kick with the toxins or 5g sounds pseudo Science but something is going on! Perhaps parasites or internet! My devices are all wacky and these apps are all wacky! I find it on everything is out there going a new virus
