I noticed that my son (4 years old) has undigested food particles in stool. We eat lots of vegetables, so mostly these particles are carrots, pieces of tomato, corn. Is this normal?

Hello!
Are those big pieces of undigested food? If yes, maybe he isn’t chewing good enough.
I also notice sometimes pieces of vegetables in my stool. I think that undigested food particles in stool are normal, at least I hope so : )
Regards!

He's probably not chewing his food enough. Cut the vegetables into smaller slices/sections. Corn is very hard to digest, even in adults.
