I have been worrying about this problem for years. Ever since I could remember, my left testicle was shorter and majorly smaller than my right testicle. It is extremely noticable and a major difference. However, its been like that, like I said, for years, and I am 16. Its not something recent, probrably I noticed it when I was....10. There is no pain or discomfort at all, no urinary problems, and I am not sexually active. Can anyone diagnose this? It doesn't hurt at all.
hey there what are the sizes of your testicles in cm like length width height? does this make sense. you should be totally fine it is absolutly normal for one testee to hang lower than the other. that way when you walk they dont smash together, it is also normal for one to bee a little bigger or smaller than the other.
It is perfectly normal for one testicle to be smaller than the other. Also, one testicle always is lower than the other. The left testicle is the one that most commonly hangs lower on most men. I've read that most medical professionals think the reason for this is so the testicles don't crush each other when they rub between your legs when you walk. You have nothing to worry about. You are normal.
