I have a concern about my right testicle being up a bit higher than my right, normally, I wouldn't give this any thought, as I am developing, but I get these strange pains that almost feel like someone is squeezing my right testicle. These pains very in serverity and frequency, and it would be a huge relief if someone were to tell me that this is normal. I want to scedule a doctor's appointment as a last result, as it would be very embarrasing if this was just some totally normal thing, and I was wasting money.

How uneven are they? Its common for one to hang lower than the other. However, If there is a large size difference you could have a hernia. I had one that filled one of my sacks up like a water balloon and yes it caused severe pain. You would probably know if that was the case.
I have testicle pain and 4 separate sacks, one is enlarged and painful to touch, the rest are normal. I get stomach pain too if touched the wrong way. What to do?
