Chances of getting pregnant are always possible without protection of some kind. The so called "pull out" method is not considered birth control and really shouldn't be used as such. In my opinion missing pregnancy by withdrawl is just plain luck.
As far as unprotected sex 4 days after your period, that would bring you within a few days of ovulation. Ovulation usually begins roughly 14 days after the first day of your last period. So, hypathetically speaking, if you started your period on the 1st of the month and it lasted 5 or 6 days, your already 5 or 6 days in to the onset of ovulation. You had sex 4 days after, so now you are at about 10 or 11 days in. Sperm can live in the body for a few days after ejaculation, which would put you in the ovulation ball park.
I wouldn't say the chances are good for pregnancy, but the chance is there.
