Hi, I’ve suffered from many diseases and every time I had ups and downs in the healing process. I would like to know is it normal, and does it happen to the other people too. If it’s happening only to me, that would mean that I have a weak body. Is that right?
Hi, ups and downs are common thing in the healing process and it happens to many people. Healing takes time, and the body is always venerable in that condition. It uses all its strength for healing, and it’s easy for infections and complications to appear. Ups and downs can be experienced mentally, physically and emotionally, but you shouldn’t fall in despair because everything is not happening as you wanted to. If you want to avoid the down-phase, you should always listen to doctor’s advices and try to feel strong and confident. Many things come from head, and if you convince yourself that you’re going to be fine, you probably will. Even if you feel better, it doesn’t mean that you can act like your healing process is over. It isn’t until your doctor says so.
