I have a recurring problem of urethral sensitivity that interferes with the pleasure of ejaculation and can make subsequent erections mildly uncomfortable. There's no burning or itching, and it almost never affects urination, nor do I feel it while flaccid. It's more of a throbbing soreness, almost like a tired muscle, that generally runs the length of my root through my shaft. This is never outright painful, but neither is it fun. It does reduce the pleasure of ejaculation, and I can often feel mild soreness when my erections are at their peak. This appears to be agitated slightly by kegel exercises, which I've been doing hundreds of per day, of late.

I masturb@te frequently—often up to five times a week, though rarely more than once per day. The longest I've ever gone without a break was over thirty consecutive days, back around May, but these days I try to keep it down to every couple days. It's worth mentioning that I have no sexual history; I'm not active, and never was, so this is not at all related to an STD. There are no discharges, discoloration, or serious pain of any kind. No real external sensitivity, save for some mild irritation of my foreskin where friction trumped lubrication over the past week.

My assumption is that this is just a normal reaction to my body ejaculating too frequently and, as it has in the past, it will go away if I take a break for a week or so. I'm basically wondering whether a lot of other guys experience this, or if it may be problematic. I'm getting married in about six months and I'd like to think that I could have sex seven days a week, at least during my honeymoon (no jokes, please; I've heard all the clichés), but I've found that three ejaculations across a week often leave me needing a couple days off to recover. It's kind of sad.

Any thoughts, advice, experiences, etc.? Thanks.
