I have only just seen this post now, and you have described my exact symptoms except for labia. I am 56 and still sexual active with my husband, until 5 weeks ago. This had been going on for 6 weeks with DR's and specialists at a loss. I have had no relief at all. I don't think I can cope with this much more. its affecting my social, work and love life. As its been a year since this post have you had any confirmation or know what your diagnosis is? Cheers

I've had this very thing since my twenties from time to time. To me it is very painful. Sometimes I have to go to sleep with a towel between my legs because the urge to urinate is so overwhelming that I wet myself. I've always thought it was bladder spasms but I'm not sure.

There is bleach in tampons and in pads to make them nice a white. You are likely allergic! It took me MONTHS to figure this out! I also can only use hypoallergenic laundry detergent. Try organic products only, or better yet a diva cup!

Please try Dmannose pills. They are like cranberry but more potent at removing bacteria. You can take them daily to prevent utis.
Also try vaginal probiotic suppositories. Or other vaginal suppositories like Boric Acid or Refresh. Azo makes some now, find at the pharmacy.
Vaginal and Urinary pain can also be muscular tension and you can try physical therapy. Look for help on forums for Interstitial Cystitis or Pelvic Pain or Vulvodynia / Vaginismus.
It’s very frustrating that medical research is so behind in helping women with their pain. These are things I’ve learned about over the years. It’s often hard to distinguish vaginal/urinary/anal pain. Constipation, dehydration, caffeine, alcohol, wearing underpants, tight pants, these are all aggravators.
You might never know if you have a persistent resistant infection like ureaplasma (can be vaginal and urinary at the same time) or candida, but you can look into supplements/enzymes that break up bacterial biofilms (they protect the bacteria from antibiotics and allow them to hide in our bodies and cause chronic infection)
Monolaurin is one such supplement
Coconut oil suppositories are an easy at home remedy for some relief.
I wish you all luck, do not give up. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t get better or that you are alone.

Hi I've been getting this lately, weeing all the time and after still feeling I want to go and sore. I was thinking it was my overactive bladder because that can be sore there. I had it before. I don't burn when I go to the toilet and it is a good wee, not like if u have a wee infection. I'm using BV tablets to see if my ph balance is out of sort. Hope u get it sorted
