Why don't you want a doctor "going up there"? Are you hiding something in there?
You're letting some guy whose history you probably don't know too well, stick his penis that you don't where else it's been, up in there. Why not allow a doctor with clean instruments, go in to look around.
It may be hurting from over use and under lubrication or you may have an STD. Invite the doctor in to have a look ----- if you can keep your other user out of there long enough.
