I was wondering if it is at all possible to suffer from Hypersensitivity Vasculitis, but without the symptoms of vasculitis of the skin? I know that the two are inter connected, but I also understand that it is possible to have vasculitis of the skin without the Hypersensitivity Vasculitis. So the big question is, is the reverse also possible? I’d be very interested to hear your thoughts on this.

Indeed. There are many, many different forms of vasculitis, some of which are chronic and others of which are not. They are all interconnected, but that does not mean that you are more likely to get one if you have got the other. They just belong to the same group of diseases, and have very different symptoms.
