I have very small black spots all over my testicles. They seem to be at the termination point of very tiny veins. What is this and how do I get rid of them. They cause zero pain but I don't want little black spots all over my balls! They kind of look look like blackheads, especially in size. I've always been extremely clean down there and have never been with another woman besides my wife of 39 years (we married at 19 years of age). I showed them to a dermatologist but he just acted like they wouldn’t hurt me… and he was VERY disinterested. He almost looked embarrassed. Is there something I should know? HOW CAN I MAKE THESE GO AWAY?!?!????

Hey there it looks like you might have angiokeratoma. I would look up pictures and see if that is what your spots look like.
